Often mama and kitten babies don’t get to be reunited after they’re separated and it’s up to bottle feeders to keep the babies alive, but it’s always the best case scenario to get them safely back to their mom if you know where she is.
If you find kitten babies alone outside remember to let them be and watch from a distance for up to 24 hours to see if their mama comes back, especially if they seem clean and healthy because she’s usually just out getting food or hiding until it’s safe to go back! That way kitten babies get the best chance with mama, bottle feeders like me have more space open to save even more kittens without moms, and they can all get spayed and neutered which will prevent the same situation from happening again! kitten@teenytinyfosters said.
