Well, they’ve got a fighting spirit! They have gotten lots of supportive care and tube feeding to get them back on track. Dusk, the little buff kitten, is doing quite well and got the hang of the syringe. Dawn is still struggling with eating on her own but she has maintained her energy levels well.

This photo was taken this morning after a nice bath and blow-dry.♥️ @themarigoldkittencrew said.

It has been a whirlwind of a time these past few days. Dusk and Dawn unfortunately could not bounce back from the damage that hypothermic stress caused them at only a few days old. Static has been struggling with weight gain for some unknown reason. Bean got speutered (he was neutered, but it looks like a spay because he was cryptorchid). Spike had an interested adopter.

Enters the scene….Scrabble and Clue. Clue is pictured above. These boys came into the shelter in rough shape after being found outside alone. Thin, dehydrated, and covered in urine. They also have horrible UTIs and an appetite that comes and goes. There are some kittens that clearly had a mother caring for them…and then there are kittens who were clearly abandoned. These two were clearly abandoned and it’s been a big job keeping them clean and healthy. It’s a good thing they’re cute.♥️ @themarigoldkittencrew said.
