Meet kitten Ooey and kitten Gooey! 🐈⬛
Picked this brother and sister up yesterday from @kauaihumanesocietykitten . These poor sweeties kitten were found inside a wall and they had gotten into an old glue trap left there. They were covered head to toe in glue, so they had to have parts of their fur shaved which you can see in the vid. They’ve also got URI’s, so we are on an eye drop and antibiotic regimen until those crusties clear up. They seemed really tired yesterday when they came home, but this morning they both want to play! The staff said they weren’t interested in wet food at the moment, but I tried anyways and they both chowed down 🙌🏼 Little Gooey girl is so tiny (17oz) so we are working on getting that weight up. kitten Ooey and kitten Gooey update 🔈 They are doing so much better! No more crusty eyes and they are total champs at taking their meds 💉 Kept them separate from the other fosters for a bit until they were feeling better. After a day of obligatory hissing and head swats, they are now best buds with the rest of the crew 😻
kitten Gooey is a biscuit making queen. She has the softest meow and loves to be kissed. She is not gaining weight like I’d like to see, so I’m keeping a close eye on her and giving her extra treats. She is half the size of the rest of the foster babes. kitten Ooey is a little lover boy, and will let you know with a loud mew when he needs some snuggles! I love them. @fosterwithbrikitten said.
