Saving cats Henrietta.
Persian cats are a smooshie cats face breed aka brachycephalic breed. cats They are prone to having stenotic nares which small nose holes. cats Sometimes it is so extreme that surgery is required to help them breathe. Henrietta was having severe breathing issues which was causing her to breathe through her mouth more than her nose. Which was causing excessive gas in her gastrointestinal tract. This lead to pain and discomfort and subsequent inappetence. She was left at a shelter who then reached out to me knowing she needed more care then they could provide. Now we watch her heal and thrive. Then find her a forever home. @theswiftiekittens said. cats
