Don’t let that sweet little face fool you, Pocket is no shy retiring little kitty.
She’s a high energy little kitty ready to make friends and have fun.
Which came as a bit of a shock to her two new foster brothers as they were still working out where they were when she started jumping on heads and demanding to be played with.
As first hellos go it’s a bit of a confronting one for two shyer kitties to deal with but I’m sure they’ll all be friends in no time. @nxxbliss.fosters said.

How cute is cheeky tortie Pocket’s attempts to make scratching easier by sticking her tongue out? Seriously I can’t get enough of it 😆
Little Pocket is settling into foster well and doing her best to win over her new brothers, whether they like it or not.
She’s already big enough to be adopted but is with us while she gets over an infection and mouth ulcers.
Which means she’s on meds twice a day and isn’t allowed dry food.
Unfortunately no one has managed to tell her that yet so she’s getting softened kibble instead to hopefully make it easier for her to eat.
I’m not sure if it’s the ulcers, breathing difficulty or personal quirk that’s making her stick her tongue out while scratching but it’s adorable all the same 😄

Pocket sized cuteness to start the day 🥰
You’ve got to be really quick to catch little Pocket on camera as she doesn’t like to sit around for long.
Our little action girl’s favourite thing to do is wrestle with her new big brothers, whether they like it or not, and find mischief to get into.
But our special little girl is way to cute to get annoyed with for long 😸

Is there anything cuter than a kitten waiting to be cuddled? It’s best not to make them wait too long 😄
The kittens had a vet check yesterday and now everyone is on tablets twice a day and some nasty liquid medicine in the evenings.
Medication isn’t fun for anyone and the confusion on their little faces when you make them take something they don’t want can be heart wrenching.
But our three little cuties get fed straight afterwards to help make things better and are soon ready to cuddle and love me again.
And hopefully the meds will have them feeling much better again soon 🤞

It’s a pocket full of mischief sort of day 😸

People who don’t like cats often describe the traits of a tortoiseshell kitty to explain why they think cats are aloof and plotting evil.
And it’s definitely true that they tend to be more sassy and hold a grudge longer than some of the more laid back kitty colours.
But they’re always incredibly sweet and cuddly to the humans they chose to love and want to please.
Little Pocket here has gone from an annoying toe biter when she first arrived to quickly learning it wasn’t appreciated and showing her affection in other ways.
Though she does still like jumping on heads and biting ears 🙄
As a life long tortie fan I’ll never understand why these kitties get such a bad rap because I wouldn’t have them any other way.
