I named Mama kitten Molly after my favourite famous ginger. Like most teen girls in the 80’s I was a huge Molly Ringwald fan. People used to say I looked like her, but really it was just the red hair and freckles 🤷🏼‍♀️

These photos were taken 16 hours after they were born. kitten Emilio was the first born, and he proceeded to cry and fuss and get in the way of the next three deliveries. Recognizing he was a troublemaker I immediately called him Emilio (but I reserve the right to change it Emilia if he turns out to be a girl 😆)

Ally was the second born and Molly really struggled with her. We were in contact with a vet and I’m still not sure what was happening but I’ll spare you the photos. It all worked out.

Demi was number three and she surprised me when she came out all white. I suspect she’ll develop colourpoints in time but we’ll just have to wait and see.

Rob Lowe was born last and the biggest. Poor Molly was exhausted by this time so I had to cut his cord and clear his face. I placed him under Molly’s face and she licked him clean. Such a good Mama ❤️ Welcome to the world #Mollysbratpack @whiskersnpurrs said.
